1st Queenstown Scouts - Shane Pitt
Queenstown Scout Group offers a range of activities for girls and boys. From cub scouts ages 8-11yrs and scouts 11-14 yrs. Cubs meet Monday nights from 6.30 PM-8.00 PM and scouts also Monday nights from 7.00 PM- 9.00 PM at the scout hall in Bowes St. The group offers scouting to all West Coast Towns.

The Zeehan C.W.A fundraises for numerous events and projects, such as Cuppa for Cancer and helps other groups when requested. Please help us support our community. Meetings are held on the 4TH Thursday of each month. More members always welcome.

Queenstown Lions Club Inc is a service organisation open to both Men and Women who would like to serve their community.

The Zeehan Lions Club is a non-profit organization serving the community and charities, being at events and venues assisting with barbecues to raise funds for medical assistance with travelling for medical appointment’s ext.

The Queenstown Community Market is run by a very small group of volunteers known as The Lyell Craft Com Inc. Money raised from the sale of market stalls and raffles is used to cover expenses such as hire of hall, purchase of table, advertising and insurance. Each year we donate to several charities such as Cancer Council, Walk of Life RFDS and Westpac Helicopter Rescue.
For many years now we have donated four bursaries St. Josephs, Mountain Heights School. We also donate to Ladies Auxiliary of the West Coast District Hospital.

Our local footy club give a lot to the community and also give a lot of our young boys in town something to get interested in.

Queenstown Fire Brigade - Brigade Chief Paul Bugg
We are a local volunteer Fire Brigade for Queenstown and are here to serve the community of Queenstown and the West Coast for all emergency's that happen. Our annual event for the year is our Christmas Raffle which is drawn on Christmas Eve, during the town's Christmas Parade. We are always looking for new members to join our Brigade.

A friendly & welcoming club, with a challenging 9 hole course, set amongst the rugged & picturesque West Coast environment. Enjoy a round of golf & relax in our club rooms with a drink as you share stories of the shots that played out, & the ones that did not quite work. New members always welcome - once played, never forgotton !

Queenstown Junior Basketball Association caters for children aged 6-14. Our roster runs from October to April.

The Men’s Shed provides a safe and friendly environment where you can connect with people and be part of your community. The Men’s Shed is also a powerful tool for addressing men’s health and wellbeing. So feel free to drop in for a cuppa and a yarn. We are open Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am to 12.30pm.

Rosebery festival has been running for 25 years this year and is a nonprofit organisation. We provide a free festival for our community every year bringing new and exciting things to our region.
Rosbery Womens Hockey Association
The Rosebery Women's Hockey Association has been playing for 90 years. With 5 competitive teams, with players aging from 11 to 70. Giving the residents of the West Coast a fun active sport on Saturday mornings. Providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all players and spectators. We are always looking for new players and support from our wonderful region. We thank all that have supported the Association in the past and hope that many will, well into the future to keep a strong vibrant association for future generations.
State Emergency Services Robert Butterfield Queenstown SES coordinator.
The Queenstown SES Unit is one of three on the West Caost, and covers a wide area from Derwent Bridge to Strahan and Tullah. Supporting the Zeehan & Rosebery Units as required. The Unit responds to the following : emergency operations, general rescue, storm damage, road crash rescue and land search and rescue. SES also support other emergency services as required. The unit is made of 100% Volunteers from our community. SES assistance can be obtained by calling 132 500 for Flood & Storm assistance. Life Threatening emergencies call 000. Trainng is held every Tuesday evening at the West Caost Units from 7pm. The Queenstown Unit is located in Batchelor Street. New Volunteers are most weelcome to come along and see what SES do.

The West Coast Christmas Appeal is a network of service providers and groups who are raising funds to assist vulnerable West Coasters’ at Christmas. All funds raised on the West Coast will be expended on the West Coast. Please participate in our trivia night in each town ship. West Coasters helping West Coasters.

J.D coaches boxing as a amateur sport and provides an outlet for kids, parents and singles with not only boxing we provide boxercise for fitness and also help keep troubled kids of the street.

T.P.A is a volunteer, not for profit organisation. We aim to support and improve our town for the betterment of local businesses and community members. We liaise with local and state government depts. To improve and develop our infrastructure and amenities. We are endeavoring to put our town on the map as the Gateway of the West Coast and provide info on our stunning geographical situation and many activities that provide a unique destination for Tasmanians and tourists.
Zeehan Community Christmas Party - President Charie Bourke
The Zeehan Community Christmas Party brings the spirit of Christmas to all the many children of Zeehan and the West Coast, irrelevant of backround. The committees biggest thrill is the faces lighting up on the day and changing the fabric of the community one smile at a time. This year's party is Saturday December 2nd at 3.30pm at the conclusion of the Zeehan Christmas Parade in Howards Park.

We are centered in the heart of our great West Coast everyone is welcome to play for a very modest cost.
Zeehan Men's Shed
The Zeehan Men's Shed started in 2016. We provide a friendly and safe environment where you can be with like minded people and be part of the community. The men's shed helps address Men's Health and the well being of members. Our opening times are Wednesday 10am - 3pm and Thursday 10am - 3pm.

Zeehan Op Shop is a nonprofit organization run by volunteers, opening three days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Money raised is donated to volunteer groups in the community.
This can only happen through the very generous donations from the West Coast community.
