Launceston Police have arrested a 32-year-old South Launceston woman after windows at more than 25 business premises within the Launceston CBD were damaged.
Police were alerted to the incident at around 8:30pm and located the woman in the Brisbane Street Mall a short time later.
The woman has been detained in custody and is expected to face the Launceston Magistrates Court.

Police have thanked members of the public for their help in reporting the incident and providing video footage.
