Statewide tribute to Tasmanian community corrections and prison workers

Iconic Tasmanian sites will be lit up in blue tonight to pay tribute to the 700 people who work in the state’s Prison Service and Community Corrections.

The Tasman Bridge, Launceston Town Hall, Devonport’s Paranaple Convention Centre and Burnie’s Norfolk Pine on Mount Street will take part.

It’s being held to celebrate National Corrections Day.
