Later dates of November 5th to 15th have been set for a hearing into a count against the owner of the jumping castle business at the centre of Devonport’s Hillcrest Primary School tragedy.

On December 16th 2021, six children were killed and others injured when wind blew the inflatable they were playing on high into the air.

The extra time is to allow for defence and prosecution to have expert inspection of the castle if the coroner allows.
