The Next Iconic Walk- Information Session

Public Information Sessions
The Next Iconic Walk design team are in the process of
finalising concepts for Tasmania’s Next Iconic Walk. The
track route has been ground-truthed by various
consultants and lookouts and other key points of interest
identified along the way. The project team would like to
share these concepts with the public and will be holding
information sessions for those interested in the project to
come along and hear about the progress of the project,
view hut concept designs, maps and photos along the
track route and see the early interpretation themes for the
walk.
The sessions will be a drop-in format with no RSVP
required. Sessions will be held in the West, North West,
North and South of the state. For convenience two session
times are available at each location – drop-in to the
location and time that suits you best!
Members of the Parks & Wildlife Service project team along with consultants
from the project design team including representatives
from Charlie Bravo Designs (interpretation consultants),
ERA Planning and Environment (planners) and JAWS
architects will be onsite at the session.
