is up and running again, at the Police Club Hall on the Esplinade

Monday & Wednesday 7.30pm Boxing Training

Tuesdays - Fitness training

Men & Women both welcome, even if you haven't boxed before. come along and have a go, or enjoy the fitness class

Cost = Registration $15 + $2 per night

Aqua Aerobics

Classes held at the Zeehan Swimming Pool - Monday's & Thursday's - 6.30pm - 7.15pm / Classes held at the Rosebery Swimming Pool Wednesdays - 11am - 11.45. - Cost $8 & $5 for concession card holders. Pay for 9 get the 10th free.  Registration forms are available at West Coast Council or the Zeehan & Rosebery Pools - AquaFit is suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are subject to demand & instructor availability...... (THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES FROM JAN 23 - FEB 6)

Training will be held at the Football ground - Rosebery at 5.30 Tuesday and Thursday.

with AFL 9's being played on Thursday nights.
