According to her rep, Miley Cyrus was just being a "smart-ass" a week ago when she said she was a pothead. The rep says that Miley was joking about the birthday cake her friends got her for her 19th, when she said, "You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f***in' weed." The rep says that the cake is an inside joke, as Kelly Osbourne has been calling her "Bob Miley" since the incident from, coincidentally, her 18th birthday last year, when she was filmed whilst appearing to smoke marijuana from a bong and then giggling hysterically. |
