|
A paramedic from northern Tasmania has been taken off active duty for allegedly stealing narcotic drugs from the Ambulance service. The 48 year old was arrested last week following an ongoing police investigation. He's accused of taking at least 70 ampoules of morphine from Ambulance Tasmania, and replacing the highly addictive painkiller with a saline solution. He's been bailed to reappear in the Launceston Magistrate's on September 26. |
